Nike+ Training Club has a huge range of workouts for people with widely varying ranges of activity. From beginners to fitness freaks, everyone will be able to create a training plan on this app. Nike's app is completely free and has great exercise plans, which makes it very useful.

Pear To train you through the video, there are excellent NASA training. There is a good set of coaches in the app to encourage various tricks that adapts to fitness level at your fitness level.
We really like these facts that it is also compatible with some smartwatches and their cartels respond to your workouts based on your heart rate. This is a smart coding that is a real coach with you. Pear is innovative and fun to use.

Aaptiv

Aaptiv uses a unique idea to get audio fitness. In this Workout App, each exercise is done with the best headphones because it has coaches that tell you through pre-recorded messages through each step.
This may seem easy, but there is a place of execution. It includes basic things such as touching your feet without losing your knees, which makes it good for beginners and also have advanced workouts in the app.

Best apps to track and manage diet, calorie intake

It's good to keep track of your calorie intake that you are looking at your weight or tried to stay fit for any upcoming sports event. We think it's not necessary for everyone - many of us can only get a healthy diet and by avoiding junk food (including sugary drinks with soda). However, there are two great apps for those who need to track their diet.

MyFitnessPal

One of the most popular fitness apps around the world, MyFitnessPal lets you log on to your calorie intake and it's a fun feature that allows you to measure the barcodes of certain products through calories.
It has an extensive collection of recipes and it also gives you ideas for cooking healthy. Even though it is not good for Indian food and servicing sizes, the app's food logging feature is really good.

HealthifyMe

HealthifyMe is an Indian fitness service with a unique selling point - a database of Indian food and how to track calorie intake in the right amount of sizes. It is difficult for Indians to use Calorie tracking apps because they do not have Indian food, and even if they do, they are not accurately listed in size. HealthifyMe has fixed it and it includes other fitness-focused features such as coaches and workout tracking as well as access.

While it is true that anyone can meditate anywhere as long as they have a quiet place to do so, a good meditation app can go a long way towards helping you distress and improving your mental health. Here are the best.

Calm

There are plenty of signs in peace that will appeal to medicines and those who do not know anything about meditation. It starts at a basic level to help people learn how to think. There is a new meditation session based on a new theme like the new theme every day to develop a habit of meditation for people every day.

Headspace is another great meditation that you like as a kid. It teaches you different techniques for meditation and also has sleep sound if you have problems sleeping. The answer works for many people even though it is not as effective as the sleepy things we tried with Calms.

However, we really love focus courses on headspace. It has meditation for things like movement and sports competitions, which has helped many people to pay good attention.

Let's Meditate: Guided Meditation (Android): It's a Free Focus App on Android which is good for beginners. It involves all basic things and you do not have to pay an expensive membership fee.
Talklife (iOS, Android): Let people post problems with anxiety, frustration, and other mental health problems, helping people show help or ways to help.
Daylio (iOS, Android): A free mood tracking app that helps you log in to how your mental health has improved over time. It has a nice UI that lets you quickly log entries and if you want you can add notes about your day.
