LinkedIn's pay feature comes to India



Professional Social Network Site LinkedIn launched the 'LinkedIn Salary' feature on Thursday, which will break the wages detailed by job title and location.



"If a businessman is an important factor in remuneration to decide on the decision of the next career, then this tool will enable job-seekers to choose a more informative career.



In a statement, Microsoft said in a statement that "This tool is based on data from 53+ million members in India to provide a deeper perspective of business money."



This feature will provide insights into the evaluation scenario of professionals on the platform, with years of experience with bonuses and equity data for specific job titles, industry, company size, location and various levels affecting education level, and thus more information career decisions.



"In the competitive jobs market of India, 'LinkedIn Salary' will help to create transparency after posting, and reliable data on how reliable data is provided to our companies today, what types of compensation packages are expected and how the salary changes according to industry and educational qualifications" Ajay Dutta, Product-India, Head of LinkedIn.



Free members on the platform can access their paid data by entering the full LinkedIn wage experience, while linked premium subscribers will be able to access this feature without opening their wallet information.



The feature also provides insights on top payment companies, top paid positions based on educational qualifications related to specific job titles and salaries in the industry.
